OGSA-DAI license

Peter had sent an email earlier to Mario Antonioletti about us putting the OGSA-DAI jars in our local maven local repository for the ease of accomplishing a maven build on any local machine for the projects referencing OGSA-DAI jars. After some discussion between Mario and Brian, it was agreed upon that at present, it would suffice if the OGSA-DAI license resides in the same place as the jars, in the repository. So, in conformance with that, the OGSA-DAI license is now put under
http://phgrid.sourceforge.net/repository/uk/org/ogsadai/ as part of the repository.
