Very cool; it is interesting to watch cloud computing start to mature.
Also, I tried Ubuntu 8.10 on my old notebook a couple of weeks a go. It was very nice and everything worked out of the box. No more long hours tinkering with wireless drivers, sound drivers and the like at least for my thinkpad x60.It is nice to see linux become so much easier to use over the last 10yrs. Since I work a lot with Java I compared the Java performance of my notebook in Windows XP vs. Ubuntu 8.10. Here's a link to the numbers:
